Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services to customers
- Communicate effectively in English (bilingual)
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or customer outreach
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
-Familiarity eBay & Amazon & other Platform Sales & Service Rules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to up-sell or cross-sell products/services
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
