Position Overview
The Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering on our brand promise. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing premium appliances in the field while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
This is not a sales role. There are no upsells, no extended warranty pitches — just a focus on doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential appliances with accuracy and efficiency
- Complete service calls with a goal of first-time resolution
- Deliver a professional, courteous, and positive customer experience
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service performed
- Document service calls accurately using company systems
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
- Represent EMC Service and our brands with pride and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years of appliance repair experience (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with refrigeration, cooking, and/or laundry appliances
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- EPA certification (preferred)

We are willing to train an applicant with a strong mechanical background
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in US
CFC Refrigeration Certification a plus but not required.
Must be mechanical and have excellent trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
Must be punctual, courteous, clean and well groomed
Good Customer Service Skills
Clean driving record
Must speak, read and write English
Knowlege of Gmail and Drive a plus
A background and drug screening is required
Duties:
Travel to 6 plus sites per day, Mileage varies from 50-150 miles per day
Perform scheduled service - diagnose and repair appliances, determine parts to be ordered if necessary
Maintain truck stock inventory
Enter data into Ipad using electronic workorder, indicate parts used, take photo of serial# and upload
Maintain, clean and service company vehicle

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
