Trade-Wind is looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The Customer Service Representative will be the front line in serving our customers.
100% ONSITE POSITION
Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming calls
- Manage and responsible for communications via Customer Service Representative email
- Print and assure inventory levels of all literature, labels, and other documentation needed for shipping our products
- Process and ship online parts orders
- Assist with will call pickups and notifications
- Process warranty claims:
- Log requests
- Reach out to customer to confirm receipt
- Troubleshoot – parts and/or service
- Send out necessary parts
- Arrange service appointments
- All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED, required
- At least 2 years of related experience required, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on your current skill set (90-day review period)
- Paid three weeks time off (accrual)

Schedule
- Office hours are M-F, 7:00am until 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. (No weekend shifts required.)
