- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI while optimizing ad performance through A/B testing.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to track campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable reports.
- Coordinate public relations efforts by building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee the management of social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining workflow.
Skills
- Proven expertise in social media management and marketing with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Experience with SEO techniques such as keyword research and content optimization to improve online visibility.
