Overview:
As a Skilled Cook at Humbert House, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes with precision and creativity while maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and organization. Candidates must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
-Execute food orders efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following proper cooking, frying, grilling, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
