Job Summary
seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Title & Tag Specialist / Notary Public to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, notary services, and other PennDOT-related transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous title and tag experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, renewals, and license plate transactions.
- Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and compliance with PennDOT regulations.
- Perform notarial acts in accordance with Pennsylvania notary laws.
- Assist customers with registration, title, and licensing questions.
- Maintain accurate records and transaction files.
- Handle customer payments and issue receipts.
- Communicate with PennDOT, dealerships, insurance companies, and financial institutions as needed.
- Stay current on PennDOT procedures, forms, and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pennsylvania Notary Public commission preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Previous title & tag, dealership, DMV, banking, insurance, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and office software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per week
