Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team — full-time or part-time options available. In this role, you will be a vital part of our patient care experience — performing preventive dental cleanings, educating patients on oral health, and working closely with our dentists to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
- Provide professional prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing treatments
- Take and review digital X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Document patient records accurately and maintain up-to-date charts
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop and carry out individualized patient care plans
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory in compliance with infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital X-rays and practice management software preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
