Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics within school environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and methodologies
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants eager to learn and grow
- Strong communication, collaboration skills, and adaptability in diverse educational settings
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy sessions, leveraging a blend of technology and creativity
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Support students’ expressive and receptive language skills, social communication, and fluency
- Serve as a resource to school staff and families to promote communication-rich environments
