Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing detailed explanations of orthodontic treatment plans and procedures.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Assist patients with insurance verification, financial arrangements, and treatment financing options to facilitate their care.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and progress updates.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices related to orthodontic appliances and post-treatment care.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders, treatment progress, and any concerns to promote engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the clinical team by managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of orthodontic supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment, preferably within orthodontics or dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatment information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in office management software and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience with dental or orthodontic office procedures is highly desirable.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
