We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook specializing in Fry & Grill stations to join our award winning team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried and grilled menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients at all times, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new ideas for fried and grilled dishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Monitor food quality during preparation, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
- Maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, knives, and other tools, ensuring they are clean and operational
- Follow all food industry regulations and safety protocols to deliver a safe dining experience for guests
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurant or food service environments
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Excellent food industry knowledge, including kitchen operations and food service techniques
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
