Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00AM-4:00PM) 2nd Shift (4:00PM-2:00AM) Monday-Thursday
Job Summary:
As a 1st or 2nd Shift Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines
- Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Record production data and complete necessary documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with line clearance and clean-up procedures
- Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
