Job Summary
South Texas Landscape and Irrigation outfit is seeking an Irrigation Foreman to lead and oversee new commercial irrigation installs . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems; Entryways, Amenity Centers, Apartments and Retail buildings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise crews of 2- 8 and coordinate daily irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on-site.
- Operate and manage various hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret designed irrigation drawings, blueprints, and irrigation system plans to ensure accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with landscape architects and clients to develop irrigation solutions tailored to specific project needs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper use of tools, equipment, and best practices in landscape maintenance and irrigation systems.
Experience
- Proven experience commercial irrigation installation, or irrigation repair
- Strong knowledge of trenchers, excavators, and skidsteer equipment.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems design, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Ability to read technical plans and blueprints accurately.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
- Irrigation License or Irrigation Tech certificate (not required)

Pay: $25.00 - $35.25 per hour
