About Bloom
Bloom Counseling + Wellness Studio is a highly respected mental health and wellness practice located in Norton Commons in Louisville, Kentucky. We provide counseling, psychiatric medication management, and wellness services for women, children, couples, and families.
Our practice has a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and women's mental health, while serving clients across all stages of life. We are committed to creating a warm, welcoming, spa-like environment where clients feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Overview
As a Massage Therapist at Bloom, you'll provide therapeutic massage services that help clients reduce stress, relieve pain, improve physical well-being, and support overall wellness. While experience in prenatal and postpartum massage is highly valued, we welcome therapists with a passion for serving a diverse clientele.
You'll become part of a collaborative team that values compassion, professionalism, and exceptional client care.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and individualized massage therapy treatments.
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and tailor treatment plans to each client's goals and needs.
- Provide prenatal and postpartum massage when appropriate, utilizing proper positioning and modifications.
- Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and wellness strategies between appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA, ethical standards, and Kentucky licensing requirements.
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for every client.
- Collaborate with Bloom's counseling, psychiatric, and wellness providers to support whole-person care.
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license.
- Professional massage therapy experience preferred.
- Prenatal and postpartum massage training or experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, compassionate, and professional approach to client care.
- Two evenings or one evening plus weekend availability
