Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Hours: 10am-6pm Thursday-Monday. Off Tuesday and Wednesday
Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining and organizing warehouse facilities, managing inventory across multiple locations, and supporting operational teams with inventory and supplies. This hands-on position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, regular driving, and close coordination with multiple departments to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of warehouse and offsite inventory locations
- Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming inventory across warehouse and offsite inventory locations
- Conduct weekly inventory audits, PAR reports, tracking reports, or otherwise in all inventory locations to ensure accuracy
- Work closely with the Operations Coordinator in our purchasing and supply process
- Coordinate with the Operations Controller, Director of Property Management, Executive Housekeeper, and Maintenance Manager to maintain accurate inventory accountability across field operations
- Organize, transport, and distribute inventory between inventory locations, homes, and with operations teams as needed
- Establish new inventory locations when applicable
- Handle product returns and coordinate replacements or credits with the Operations Coordinator
- Operate company vehicles to transport inventory and return packages
- Work closely with the Director of Property Management, Operations Controller, Executive Housekeeper, and Operations Coordinator to prepare inventory for new properties
- Accurately assign and bill inventory items to properties using Breezeway
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment
- Ensure inventory processes follow company standards and support operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75lbs, moving, and organizing inventory
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record before and during employment, and comfort driving company vehicles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with accurate recordkeeping abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $26.00 per hour
