Job Title: Contract Associate Attorney – Immigration Law
Location: Philadelphia Hybrid (US-based)
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099 / Contract Basis)

Our team is capable of helping those who speak many languages, and we have experience working on cases that involve simple visa applications as well as more complex deportation defense matters.
We are a fast-growing law firm with multiple locations, and we’re looking for a Contract Associate Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies.
- Conducting legal research and writing detailed briefs.
- Interviewing clients to collect information.
- Preparing clients for court interviews.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
- Law school degree.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
Other Requirements:
- Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload on a contract basis.
- Reliable communication and availability for client meetings and court deadlines.
Pay: $40.00 per hour
