Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and Kitchen Designer, where you will play a vital role in inspiring customers and transforming their living spaces. This energetic position combines retail sales expertise with creative interior and layout design skills. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance on products and design solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. Your passion for interior design, construction knowledge, and sales acumen will help customers realize their dream homes while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and offer tailored product recommendations to enhance their renovation or remodeling projects
- Utilize 202 design tools to create detailed layout plans that align with clients’ visions and space requirements
- Assist customers with inside sales activities including order processing, POS transactions, cash handling, and stock management
- Develop strong relationships through effective account management, upselling premium products, and providing ongoing support for renovation projects
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, monitor inventory levels, and restock products to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Coordinate with contractors or builders when necessary to facilitate seamless project execution and follow-up
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product selling with excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in 2020design tools for creating accurate layouts and visualizations
- Strong understanding of renovation processes, construction techniques, remodeling practices, and interior design principles
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and design ideas
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, cash handling procedures, and merchandising strategies
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service

Pay ranges from $18-$20 (depending on experience) plus commissions after 3 months.

Sales Associate
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a knack for upselling and providing exceptional product demonstrations.
Design
We are seeking an experience associate who has knowledge in kitchen designs, using 2020 Design program (or similar). Training provided if no previous experience.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately using SquareUp
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members
