Day-to-Day
- Welcome and check in clients, answer phones, manage scheduling
- Educate clients on services, the Wellness Program, and homecare retail
- Help clients book future visits and grow our member base
- Be the warm first impression that makes people feel valued
Qualified Candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience — preferred but not required
- Strong people skills — you genuinely like talking to people
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment
- General interest in massage and skin care services
