We're looking for a fashion-obsessed, detail-oriented babe to join our team at both of our downtown Portsmouth boutiques. If you live for a good outfit, love making people feel amazing, and actually enjoy talking about clothes all day — keep reading.
We're a locally owned women's boutique in the heart of downtown Portsmouth with a playful, coastal, trend-forward vibe. We have a small amazing team of genuinely nice people to vibe with and our sister boutique, Pretty Little Things is right down the street from us! Our customers are our people — and we treat them that way.
What you'll do:
- Create a warm, fun, and knowledgeable experience for every customer who walks through the door
- Style, suggest, and sell with genuine enthusiasm
- Keep the floor looking fresh — display upkeep, restocking, and general boutique maintenance
- Hit (and exceed) daily and monthly sales goals
What we're looking for:
- A genuine love of fashion and personal style
- A warm, people-first personality
- Attention to detail — in styling, in displays, in everything
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you our way
What you'll get:
- Our base hourly is $16-$17, with bonuses you can expect $20+ (base + commission bonus)
