Job Description – Family Medicine Provider seeking full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work full-time in a family medicine clinical practice.
Comprehensive responsibilities include H & P, perform treatments, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, order medications and write prescriptions.
Job Requirements Minimum Education: Master's degree required Minimum Education: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant program required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Licenses: Current licensed as a RN/NP with the Georgia Board of Nursing or licensed as a Physician Assistant with NCCPA.
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Works directly under the supervision of license Physician. Able to communicate well regarding patient treatment and requests advice from supervising physician when needed.
Candidate must be willing to work at least 40 hours per week and work in under stressful situations.
