Are you hands-on, active, and not afraid to get a little dusty? California Attic & Build is looking for a Field Insulation Installer who can work efficiently in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas where comfort and speed matter.
Job Overview:
As an insulation installer, you’ll be part of a fast-moving crew responsible for removing old insulation, sealing attics, installing new materials, and leaving homes cleaner and more energy-efficient than before.
What You’ll Do:
- Remove and install insulation in attics and crawlspaces
- Rodent proofing and sealing of entry points
- Air sealing, duct repair, and general attic cleanup
- Navigate low-clearance, confined areas
- Work with vacuums, blowers, and power tools
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in hot, cramped, and low-clearance spaces for extended periods
- Must be agile and comfortable crawling, kneeling, and climbing in confined areas
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
- This is a physically demanding job that requires endurance and flexibility
Qualifications:
- Prior insulation or construction experience a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable with physical work and a team environment
- Must pass a background check

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
