Position Summary
The Material Replenisher is responsible for ensuring warehouse materials and products are consistently replenished and readily available for order picking operations. This role supports warehouse efficiency by managing inventory movement, performing cycle counts, generating and reviewing system reports, and maintaining accurate inventory locations within the warehouse management system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Replenish inventory on picking shelves daily to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.
- Retrieve overstock products from warehouse racking using a forklift.
- Transport materials from off-site storage locations as needed.
- Create and process transfer orders and bin transfers within the inventory system.
- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate and review system reports to identify products requiring replenishment.
- Analyze inventory reports and locate products using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas and ensure accurate product placement.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret inventory and replenishment reports.
- Basic computer and warehouse management system skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with routine equipment operation.
- Use of forklift equipment required.
- Exposure to standard warehouse conditions.
Working Relationships
- Frequent interaction with immediate managers.
- Regular communication with warehouse peers and managers in other departments.
- No direct customer interaction.
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
