Key Responsibilities Include:
· Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
· Complete preventive maintenance and daily building inspections
· Respond to tenant work orders and service requests
· Assist with vendor coordination and contractor oversight
· Support safety, compliance, and emergency response procedures
Qualifications:
· Minimum of three years’ commercial building maintenance experience
· Strong troubleshooting skills (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
· Familiarity with BAS systems a plus
· Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects simultaneously; multi-task effectively and efficiently with attention to detail.
· Problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, follow-through and accountability for results
· Willingness to learn and take on new task or challenge
Pay: $25.00 - $29.42 per hour
