You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Lead new product development projects from concept through market launch, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.

Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and other project management tools that provide visibility and accountability.

Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to move products successfully to launch.

Guide teams through key project reviews, lead/facilitate decision making reviews and influence business priorities

Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and financial impacts to proactively identify issues and support informed decision-making.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a product development-related field or military equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management.
-
Minimum 4 years experience in product development or related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills and Experience

Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, including collaboration with engineering, design, supply chain, manufacturing, or related functions.

Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management and planning tools.

Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving decisions without direct authority.

Ability to evaluate project risks, tradeoffs, and financial impacts to support informed business decisions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.

Demonstrated experience leading product development or other complex cross-functional initiatives.
