Golden Door is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Concierge to join our luxury wellness resort team.
This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering service that exceeds expectations.
As the first and last impression of Golden Door, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their stay.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Answer questions about resort amenities, services, and programs
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain the highest standards of organization, confidentiality, and guest care
Schedule Requirements
This is a full-time position.
The current schedule is:
Sunday through Thursday | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Golden Door operates 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Holiday availability is required and is a non-negotiable requirement of this role.
We are looking for someone with flexibility who can occasionally adjust their schedule and assist with shift coverage when business needs arise.
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality, concierge, hotel, resort, spa, or guest service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to work holidays, weekends, and occasional schedule changes

Physical Requirements
This position requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent use of computers and phones, occasional bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
