We are seeking an experienced, full-time Pizza Manager for our gourmet store. The Pizza Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Pizza Department, lead and develop team members, maintain product quality, and ensure compliance with all company, food safety, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong pizza-making experience and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Manage the daily operations and the team members for our busy Pizza Department

Interview, train, schedule, supervise, and support department team members.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients.

Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable food safety and sanitation requirements.

Prepare pizzas, dough, and side items according to established gourmet recipes and quality standards.

Fulfill customer orders placed in person, by phone, and online accurately and efficiently.

Operate the cash register and assist customers during checkout.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least five years of management experience in a pizzeria or restaurant environment.

Three to five years of hands-on pizza-making experience in a fast-paced setting.

Food handler certification preferred.

Ability to follow standardized recipes and consistently maintain product quality.

Working knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza production.

Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
