Summary:
As a CNA with Shawn Manor Nursing Home, you will work under the supervision of our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to nursing staff
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
