Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of IchibanGO! You'll greet guests with a smile, serve with enthusiasm, and help create an unforgettable dining experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and guests.
- Good listening skills to take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Prepare food items following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in your working area and guests' dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Deliver orders and assist with dine-in and takeout service.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Uphold IchibanGO's high standards of hospitality and service.
- Jump in to help wherever needed--we're a team!
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat attitude.
- Passion to provide great customer service.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling is a must.
- Experience with Toast POS systems is an advantage.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
