Here at Aqua Pool & Spa Pros, we are in our 27th year of operation as a company in Lindenhurst Illinois. We are looking for entry level and even NON-experienced applicants. that want to work outside 7-9 months per year on pools and spas. We provide on the job training in all phases of pool and spa maintenance and repair! APPLY NOW!!!
Applicant Requirements:
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Great attitude & willingness to learn
- Eager to work 40-50 hours per week or more through the summer and fall
Duties
- Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing to maintain optimal water quality.
- Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with pool systems using hand tools and power tools, restoring functionality efficiently.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new pool equipment or upgrades as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is highly preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
