Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and personable support specialist to assist our southern Vermont real estate agents. The primary purpose of this position is to create, cultivate, and convert opportunities while supporting the agent's day-to-day sales and marketing activities. This is a hands on position combining inside sales, lead generation, database management, marketing support, prospecting, and field support. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable communicating with people by phone, text, and email, and willing to handle both office responsibilities and practical tasks in the field. No prior experience is necessary. A real estate license is preferred but not required.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
