Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions prior to dispensing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Verify prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, patient information, drug interactions, formulation integrity, and labeling requirements.
Qualifications:
- Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
