As a Wireless Account Associate, you will represent AT&T through professional face-to-face customer interactions, educating customers on wireless products and connectivity solutions while helping them enroll in services that best fit their needs. Wireless Account Associate Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet with customers in person to educate them on available wireless plans, devices, and promotions.
- Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending personalized solutions.
- Complete wireless account enrollments accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer questions regarding wireless services, billing, and available features.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow entry level Wireless Account Associate team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Participate in ongoing entry level training sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Travel locally from the San Marcos office to customer territories as scheduled.
- Consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining company standards.
Wireless Account Associate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
