Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with leads daily

Requirements
- Active California real estate license
- Able to commit 30+ hours per week
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Coachable and able to follow systems
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation
Commission-based.
Many agents earn $40,000–$100,000+ as they grow their business, with significant long-term income potential.
