They are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our office team in a part-time role that works perfectly for parents, students, or anyone looking for a consistent afternoon schedule.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries
- Book appointments and update the scheduling system
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate bookings
- Deliver a warm, professional experience on every interaction
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive phone presence and strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus
