Position Purpose: Provide the site with an owner for all training activities. This person will manage the Alchemy program, coordinate all core team member training, upkeep all certifications, create and improve position specific training SOPs, all special training (PIT, confined space, work at height, etc.).
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
The job functions include but are not limited to:
1. Create and manage site skill matrix for all employees
2. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly onboarding training and employee qualification.
3. Managing the Alchemy training program and software.
4. Creation and refinement of all position specific SOP’s.
5. Facilitate and manage all special training programs like PIT, LOTO, confined space, work from heights, etc.
6. Facilitate new hire orientation and training
7. Manage employee certification program, including ensuring their positional qualifications are verified
8. Participate/lead site engagement committee
9. Assist with employee recognition activities and planning.
10. Any additional needs of the facility.
Performance Measurements
1. Complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner
2. On-time delivery of all required deadlines
3. Annual performance review
