Cannabis Extraction Operator
We are hiring an Extraction Operator to join our PM shift(2:00pm-10:30pm) cannabis manufacturing team. This role is part of a 3-person crew responsible for processing cannabis biomass into concentrates in a high-volume production environment.
This is bulk manufacturing — not boutique work. The pace is fast, the work is repetitive, and attention to detail is critical.

Preferred Qualifications
- Cannabis industry experience
- Basic understanding of extraction processes
- Experience in lab, manufacturing, or production environments
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude (comfortable with tools and equipment)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt as processes evolve
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks to meet output targets
- Follow all safety, compliance, and SOP requirements without exception
- Accurately document production and equipment activity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace
- Assist with equipment operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
Schedule
- PM shift: 2:00-10:30pm
- Overtime expected during high production periods
- Weekend shifts may be added as needed
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $23- $25 an hour
Benefits
- 4 paid holidays per year: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day
- PTO accrual: 1 hour earned for every 26 hours worked
- PTO and sick time are combined
- PTO cap: 80 hours
- Approximately 14 paid days off annually for full-time employees
