5+ years of experience in the restoration insurance industry

Proven experience negotiating with insurance adjusters

Advanced proficiency with Xactimate (required)

Strong computer skills and text/email savvy

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable transportation required

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Writing accurate estimates using Xactimate

Managing restoration projects from start to completion

Communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and team members
