SMI Security is excited to announce a new account launching on July 1, 2026, at a large, upscale residential community in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Patrol Officers to join our team.
This is a highly active community where security officers serve as ambassadors of safety and professionalism. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and professional report-writing experience.
Position Responsibilities:

Conduct vehicle patrols throughout the community.

Monitor property access points and common areas.

Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and emergencies.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Complete detailed and accurate incident and activity reports.

Enforce community rules and regulations in a professional manner.

Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and promote safety.
Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Florida Class "D" Security Officer License.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous vehicle patrol/security experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
-
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Swing shifts mix of Afternoon and Overnights.
