Duties
- Dispense medications accurately following physician prescriptions, ensuring proper dosage and administration methods.
- Provide expert consultation to healthcare teams on medication selection, interactions, contraindications, and optimal therapy plans.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication regimens.
- Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed for pain management, acute care needs, or specialized populations like pediatrics.
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and safety precautions to promote adherence and understanding.

Qualifications
- Valid pharmacist license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
