Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse / Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team at a molding/ 3D printing company . This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of inventory within our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will operate various types of heavy equipment, including sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, to facilitate shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. Responsibilities
MUST BE FORKLIFT CERTIFIED
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts handling equipment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to proper lifting techniques and manual handling protocols.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and updating warehouse management systems.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to maintain optimal operation of forklifts and related machinery.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Follow safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and improve overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts,
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics tracking.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, inventory management, and materials handling best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; manual handling skills required.
- Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and data entry accuracy.
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols.
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse supervisor roles is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
