Data Integrity Technicians are responsible for inputting data into local, state, and national law enforcement databases. This position also maintains the accuracy and integrity of data in the Records Management System while handling a high volume of work. Employees work closely with department sworn personnel, tow company employees, and other law enforcement entities. Other responsibilities include responding to teletypes within strict timelines and answering calls from citizens. The Data Integrity Technician must be able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and provide a high level of customer service.
Additional responsibilities include the entering of privately impounded vehicles and vehicle repossessions into national and state databases as well as answering calls from the public regarding impounded vehicles. Employees must be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines all while providing a high level of customer service. The Phoenix Police Department has multiple vacancies.
The Data Integrity Detail is a 24/7 operation. Weekend and holiday work is required, and schedules are assigned based on seniority.
