Duties
- Set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food, beverages, and condiments, ensuring everything is appealing and well-stocked throughout service
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and assist with special dietary requests or allergies
- Prepare light food items such as fruit displays, pastries, or hot breakfast components in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies for efficient service
- Monitor food quality and presentation, replenishing items promptly to ensure a consistently inviting display
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and catering teams to coordinate food preparation and presentation for breakfast service
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and guest safety to uphold high standards of hygiene
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols
- Background in restaurant or hospitality roles demonstrating reliability and teamwork
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous
