Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native mobile applications.
- Implement responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript frameworks to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services to enable robust data communication within applications.
- Write clean, efficient code with a focus on scalability, performance, and security best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability of the applications before deployment.
- Utilize developer tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Trello for version control and project management.
- Participate actively in Agile software development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing mobile applications using React Native with a strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of front-end development principles including HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design techniques.
- Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as Redux and Express.js for state management and server-side logic.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, JSON data formats, and web services integration.
- Proficiency with developer tools like Git (GitHub), Jenkins, Visual Studio Code or Visual Studio, and version control systems such as SVN or TFS.
- Knowledge of system architecture concepts including scalability and DevOps practices using AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to support iterative development cycles.
- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite or Microsoft SQL Server for data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and automation tools such as Ansible is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration within diverse teams.
