Sparkling Clean Maid Service is a locally owned and operated company hiring a full-time House Cleaning Technician.

What the Job Is Like
This is a physically active job where you’ll stay moving throughout the day—cleaning, going up and down stairs, and working with your hands.
If you like staying busy, seeing the results of your work, and getting satisfaction from a job well done, you’ll likely find this work very rewarding.
If you prefer slower-paced or less active work, this likely won’t be the right fit.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some days may finish earlier, but expect to be available for the full workday
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
Pay
- Training: $17/hour (about 1 week)
- After training: $22–25/hour average (paid per job)
- Most cleaners earn $600–$850/week
- High performers who consistently work full schedules often earn $800–$900+, with top weeks occasionally reaching $1,000+
- 100% of tips are yours to keep

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must live within 30 minutes of our office
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Training & Support
No professional cleaning experience required.
We provide:

You’ll receive regular feedback from clients and our team, so you always know where you stand and where you can improve.
While you’ll work on your own most of the day, you’re still part of a team—we’re here to support you, answer questions, and help when needed.
