Leading installation crews, driving schedules, and delivering top-quality insulation work across residential and commercial projects. What You'll Own
- Direct daily installation operations to hit schedule, quality, and cost targets
- Lead, train, and develop field supervisors and installation teams
- Build and manage production schedules; coordinate tightly with builders and internal teams
- Enforce safety standards and lead incident reviews
- Control material usage, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
- Guarantee installations meet company and builder standards
- Review production data daily and drive continuous improvement
Competitive Edge
- 5+ years leadership experience in construction, insulation, or manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods, and jobsite sequencing
- Strong operational planning across labor, workflow, and equipment
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Lean or process-improvement experience
- Sharp communicator across builders, GCs, suppliers, and field teams
- Fluent with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production software
