General Manager – Heritage Chophouse
Heritage Chophouse, a new upscale steakhouse concept from Culinary Innovations Group, is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead the opening of our first location in Starkville, Mississippi, followed by additional expansion throughout the Southeast. This is a rare opportunity to help build a brand from the ground floor — not simply manage an existing restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of fine dining management experienceStrong knowledge of wine, spirits, and elevated service standards
- Proven leadership and team development skillsExperience opening restaurants or leading large hospitality teams
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
