About the Role
As our Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator, you will serve as the face of our agency in the community, developing referral relationships, representing the company at events, generating qualified leads, and supporting the client intake process. You will work closely with agency leadership to expand our community partnerships and drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Assisting Hands Home Care at community events, health fairs, senior expos, networking groups, and educational programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians' offices, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Conduct regular outreach visits and presentations to promote agency services.
- Conduct initial consultations and gather information to assess client needs.
- Educate families about available services and care options.
- Maintain accurate client records, intake notes, and communication logs.
- Utilize CRM and scheduling systems to track leads and follow-up activities.
- Convert qualified inquiries into active clients through professional and timely communication.
- Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings with agency leadership.
- Maintain and share a professional calendar of outreach activities and appointments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track referral sources, lead generation efforts, and growth initiatives.
- Partner with care coordinators and scheduling staff to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to service.
- Assist team members with documentation best practices and CRM usage.
- Identify opportunities for new community partnerships and service growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, community outreach, or a related role.
- Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or elder care is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience with scheduling or client management platforms such as AxisCare is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for meetings and events.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
