Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented MRSS Office Coordinator to support our Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. This role serves as the administrative backbone of the program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating crisis response activities, managing client intake processes, and maintaining accurate program data.

Answer and operate the MRSS crisis line with professionalism, empathy, and a client-centered approach
-
Dispatch MRSS therapists to community locations while ensuring adequate team coverage and timely response
-
Open and close MRSS client cases while ensuring all administrative, financial, and insurance requirements are completed accurately

Maintain and update client demographic, contact, insurance, and financial information
-
Manage program data collection and reporting processes

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Monthly Logs and SNAP systems
-
Conduct bi-monthly data audits and communicate documentation reminders to staff and program leadership

Support office operations including scanning, filing, photocopying, and document management

Check clients in for office-based appointments

Collaborate with MRSS staff, community partners, and internal stakeholders to support program success

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and community partners
-
Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned by leadership

Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

High School Diploma or GED
-
Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent customer service abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with data entry and office technology systems
Work Environment: Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
