Job Summary
Appliance Repair Technician (Experienced – Commission Based)
We are seeking experienced appliance repair technicians who are confident in diagnostics and want high earning potential through commission-based pay. This role is ideal for technicians who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and close repairs on the first visit.
This is not an entry-level position. Prior hands-on appliance repair experience is required.
Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances and/or commercial (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens)
- Accurately troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures
- Explain repairs and pricing clearly to customers
- Complete jobs efficiently with minimal callbacks
- Collect payment and close tickets in the field
- Maintain high service and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- 2+ years appliance repair experience required
- Strong diagnostic skills (sealed system experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently without training
- Professional communication and customer-facing skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own tools (specialty tools a plus)
