We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow, ideal for candidates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn warehouse operations.
This role involves a variety of tasks including picking, stocking, and general housekeeping, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and physical activity.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
- Put away inventory and organize materials within the warehouse
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand work orders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing, pulling) throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Stable work history (warehouse experience not required but preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Customer service experience (retail environments such as home improvement stores are a plus)
- Forklift experience (not required, training may be provided)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
