Pediatric Therapy of Aiken – A+Kids is seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to serve children and families throughout Aiken County. This role focuses on supporting children from birth to age 6 by promoting developmental growth through individualized, evidence-based intervention strategies.

Conduct developmental assessments and ongoing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
Provide family-centered early intervention services in natural environments
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Document progress, outcomes, and service plans in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with state and program requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree REQUIRED) in one of the following or a closely related field:
Child Development
Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education
Psychology
Sociology
Other related degrees may be considered with approval
✔ Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to commute to or relocate to Aiken, SC prior to start date
1+ year of experience in early intervention, behavioral health, pediatrics, or related field
Experience working with children and families in a home or community-based setting
